Everytime USDT prints tether, BRRR supply is burned. They use chainlink oracles to make this all happen.

Their project is open source and the contracts can easily be read. They were quick to fix any bug fixes and re-deploy the contracts and swap old BRRR for the new version and they were audited and they've squashed every bug.
