With Yearn and other yieldfarming returns being insanely high, how will chainlink staking be able to compete? Why risk losing your staked LINK being slashed as collatoral for a measly 3% APY if you can get 50% APY with yield farming?

This again? You won't be able to stake in LINK nodes

Afaik the more LINKs deposited into the vault, the smaller the APY will get no? The guy of Yearn Contrje or whatever his name was said himself that these yields are not sustainable and that it will probably fall to something like 10% APY.

>returns being insanely
I have checked all the yeld farming protocols on defi Pulse and no one is giving more than 4% per year
Also even if at the beginning the revenues are like 8% then they decrease very fast to 3/2%

The people who got in early will always get that 10% APY? how does it work?

the point of staking is that it decreases the circulating supply by alot. it benefits the whales mostly

Why does anyone act like they know how staking will work, it's returns, and how it will affect price?

It's dumb speculative nonsense at best, deluded hopium in the general case.

can someone help me with this please?

How long will YFI even exist?

yearn.finance, check the vaults my guy

>> No.21706398

do people on biz still not understand that staking for link will be disastrous? because there's no demand

>> No.21706711

>>21706220
theres incentive to stake(take out of circulation) and not sell their linkies
so when no one wants to sell, supply goes down, demand goes up, price will skyrocket
