I asked myself that question a few years ago OP. I'm now 26 still living at home and don't regret it for one minute.

While other people my age have been paying some jews mortgage off with a quarter their income for years now, I've managed to build a 6 figure portfolio and will be debt free next year. I'll be moving out end of next year hopefully in top 90% net worth of my age group.

I've also spent much more time with my loving mom and step dad and made some great memories.
