It means an entity (more than likely an institution) just bought XRP straight from Ripple. Ripple holds a large wallet but is not in control of the XRP ledger, that being said, they sell OTC to institutions. 5m is nothing really, but this has been going on for years and this year it’s been a lot more (despite the price going down.) this is bullish because we know 20% of RippleNet partners use XRP. Some are in testing some are already fully integrated.
The bigger players are still testing though.
