The tech is tokenized TOR where your route's throughput is determined by $$$ (so fuck off net neutrality). Somewhere in there, all your hardware executes smart contracts.

It's as though the Chinese looked for something esoteric and tokenized and added smart contracts to it. Then included cellular automata for reasons in a way that not even the inventor of cellular automata is clear on cause reasons.

This has all the complexity of LINK but just ends up driving autists away instead of converting them to evangelists when they invest the time to understand it. It literally needs memes to save it, which requires a new name and maybe returning their Gandalf as Gandalf the white or something. Some lord of the rings shit with a whole narrative around routing. Then sell to reddit.
