Its just an ICO whale getting rid of his bag, it's good for us but will keep price crabbed, best bet is to buy right after he sells, like clock work every few minutes because of smart contract.

He's gone through 3m within 14 hours, only 6.4m left.

It's most probably an ICO whale who is getting rid of his bags.

Just imagine what he went through: He bought at 0.025euro (-> 0.03$) and then watched the price slowly, but steadily drop down to 0.01$ over the span of 8 months. Just imagine what that does to you, thinking you lost 70% of your money (if he truly does have 8mil coins and bought at 0.03 that means he spend almost a quarter mil on PRQ). He just wants to end this nightmare and break even now that the coin finally pumps.

He'll probably neck himself in a year, but that's none of my business.

Seriously though, anyone with any sort of brain would sell for any profit ASAP having to deal with that for so long. He's making a profit now and good on him honestly, deserves it.
