One of the first things I want to do is plan a sailing trip with my pops like in OPs pic. We've been dreaming about it for a while now and hes getting older and we both work a lot.

We are looking at acreage in Oregon right now to build a couple small houses on and a really nice garden where they can retire, live close to their sons.

I would love to surprise them by paying for it and letting them live comfy. They have given so much to us.
