The pure rawness of human greed that keeps this game going is one of immense pleasure for me. The dopamine rush I get from watching people on what they perceive is the cusp of financial freedom, only to have it ripped away, is one of the few things I still live for. I love reading social media feeds and browsing this board to see the utter euphoria people have. The confidence, stroking their own egos posting charts and screenshots of their portfolios. I know what's right around the corner. The shame, the utter despair, pure fear and confusion. I've been through so many market cycles now and I can already tell this one will absolutely destroy the vast majority far worse than I've gotten to witness in the past. The part that really gets me off is people never even know the rug has been pulled. Their ego has conditioned them to think "it's just a dip". They boil slowly like a frog in water. Every green candle pumps them full of hope and inevitable crushes them under the weight of their own greed.
