I have 0 bitcoins, 20 dollars, 5000 doge, and a computer that is capable of mining coins.
How do I make money from this cryptocurrency fad?

>> No.216246

you don't

>> No.216250

Create a currency or be one of the first few to join

Psst... OP.
Monacoin.
Keep it quiet, it's our little secrete.

>> No.216252

Step 1: Create your own coin or mining pool.
Step 2: Find rubes.
Step 3: Convince rubes to buy into your coin or pool
Step 4: Screw over rubes

Congrats, you've made money from cryptocurrency.

Thank you.
I will be releasing Shamcoins in 1 to 2 weeks.

It works best if you can throw so capital at it to bribe your way onto cryptsy then preform a pump.

>> No.216298

mine day 1 on a coin that looks like it will take off
sell coins immediately when it hits an exchange, don't bother playing the waiting game for "oh it might go up 30% more before i can get out" because you'll keep waiting and someone with more coins than you will crash the price

mine at a profitability switching pool and buy shitcoins worth less than 1 satoshi that have already failed a month after they released, and pray they rebound the next month

This.
Look at the volume MOON is seeing on cryptsy, I'm betting on pump soon.

>> No.217015

Point your miner to middlecoin. Auto switches most profitable and exchanges to btc.

>> No.217060

>>216331
Moon is dead. Its a coin without a market, too much production, and not enough demand.

Should give bellacoin a try though. That is an emerging coin that is really easy to get, with a network difficulty of only 0.23 right now despite it trading at nearly 200 satoshi.

I've been having a hilariously good time with it, because my miners are all CPU-based and I still win blocks on the pool.

Mine credits the next 25 days

>> No.217072

What IS mining bitcoins? How does somebody mine?

I'm just curious. I'm not really into all this cryptocurrency stuff but I'm genuinely interesting on what exactly "mining" is

>> No.217086

Spaincoin. It may blow up like AUR. Im considering moving all my DOGE to BTC then buy spaincoin right now. DOGE is fucking zombie like for a month now.

>> No.217087

>>217072
using a computer usually with a GPU to perform mathematical calculations to prove that transactions on the crypto network really happened. as a result of this proof you are rewarded with coins by the network.

>> No.217136

>>217086
Corgicoin is to dogecoin like spaincoin is to auroracoin

>> No.217273

is doge going back up?

>> No.218186

>>217273
My opinion is things will be flat for the time being. Maybe in a week or two (or possibly a few months) there will be news that causes Bitcoin to rally (or maybe a whale will start buying) and the alt coins will follow.

What would help Doge the most now would be web merchants to accept it for payments. (even selling stupid shit like Doge shirts or mousepads)

Too late.

sell mining contracts on ebay, so basically you mine for a certain amount of time and they pay you money for that time.
either that or sell computer parts or premade "mining rigs"

this

If it was that easy, everyone would be doing it. The only way to get rich without effort (what you're essentially asking us to help you do), is to find some new niche thing, be knowledgable enough to see it's potential, and then invest in it and be lucky enough to have that potential realized. Chasing fads without understanding what's going on and expecting to have a good chance at a sizable return is the assbackwards approach to making money the way bitcoin spectators did

>> No.218215

Middlecoin is the worst multipool though.

There is no demand for these shitcoins you fucking nigger

No one accepts them. It's a miracle retailers are accepting bitcoin with the volatility it's had.

I'm releasing Queercoin pretty soon.

It should pick up what's left over from takeicoin, even though I started making is before tak.

I've been mining in the hopes that it will, because all I have is a shitty cpu miner.
