Ok, wanna "risk" the few bucks I have left on crypto currency.

Looking at bitcoin, waves, doge, ripple, lc etc. and got a few questions.

Do I need to visit seperate sites to buy each coin or is there an universal crypto market which sells all kinds of coins?
If there is, is there one which doesn't require your id?
