The LINK chart is really starting to look like the textbook bubble (you know the pic everyone keeps fucking posting). That being said there's nothing to say it shouldn't keep steady climbing after the bubble pops and have another such occurrence in the future. I know LINK has had many ups and downs in the past and this is only scarier because we're seeing double digits. The "media attention" and normie FOMO may have been unprecedented for LINK but was quite lackluster in the grand scheme of things and can be outdone in the future. I don't plan on selling but I'd like some Anons who have been around longer than myself (since CB pump) and have seen much more shit to give opinions. Any non delusional takes on the matter? I feel like $20 was the top of this cycle, and ATH for a while.

I think your right. This was our pump to double digits. We will likely hang in the low tens for a decent period of time. Once staking is released early-mid next year, we will start the gradual climb to #3 with a price around $50 and probably reach triple digits at the peak of the next crypto bullrun.

I don't know about $1k myself, but I could be selling it short. I do think that chainlink could bypass bitcoin though, as it has actual use cases if implemented for derivatives and SWIFT etc. Unfortunatly chainlink is labled a 'cryptocurrency' which will put a lot of regular investors off, but likely wont matter in the long term.
And I guess if thats the case, what is to stop it from hitting a 1 trillion market cap, if the technology works the way we expect and replaces the current financial mechanisms.
I think we are already seeing the writing on the wall regarding SWIFT and the WEF etc. At this stage we just need to wait for staking to begin so that people can determine the true value of link, everything up until then is speculation and even then, the price could continue to fluctuate based on the amount of use the network is getting and the rewards/compensation node operators recieve.
A guess from my opinion for price would be $30-50 this time next year. Possibly higher depending what else is happening in the crypto space and overall amount of money being invested.
Unfortunatly I think we will see a lot less biz whales by then as the number of link required to be classified as a whale seems to be shrinking, while I have notice a lot of upwards movement in my own wallets rank. I don't think the DR;NS croud will hold out and I am unsure of my own commitment at my current stack size, because I believe it will be a much slower process then people would like to think.
