Metamask is the only one i've used and yes its super easy to use with Uniswap.

I'm using the Brave browser with the metamask extension. Since Brave is crypto friendly I can choose to use Metamask by default for web3 apps.

Deff would recommend metamask.

No, you can only either use some random services to buy eth or bitcoin i've never heard or you just transfer ETH to Metamask from an exchange like Coinbase. I do this with all my alt coins.
