I mean, if a girl in sales, especially cold calls, doesnt realize the insane upside her being a woman gives her, she probably isn't cut out for sales. Its not even a matter of being jelly either, sex 100% sells, and woman just have an instant advantage in that category.

I've actually seen this disconnection from reality a lot. Advertising all boils down to market research, and there really is no bias. It either sells or it doesn't. I've seen clients say that they "dont want to degrade women like that" or "our audience isn't into that" so many times(fun fact: half naked gorgeous women are more effective at selling to other women than they are to men because it sells women on what they wish they looked like).

If we're selling a bikini (for example), I'm going to try to get some banging hot 10/10 showing as much ass and tits in that fucking ad as I can without it getting rejected by the publisher; it just does better every single time. But no, these feminist retards want some hamplanet modeling a fucking one piece for a summer sale, and then get mad at me when it doesn't work out. Having to explain to these delusional people that not even fat chicks want to buy a bikini if they see another fat chick wearing it is like trying to talk to a wall. They literally reject reality to better suit their political correctness.
