Um yeah, pretty much. I've contemplated it but never done it but I don't see why not.

You generate a wallet address. You win the auction. You provide the seller with your btc address. He transfers the btcs to your address. You both verify each step by communicating back and forth through the ebay messaging process.

If you are unsure of the seller just make sure they have excellent feedback and many transactions. Im an ebay seller but not of btc. Really no difference between $100 of skateboard gear or $100 of btc right?
