Overledger is to Quant what Substrate is to Polkadot. But with the very important difference, that on Overledger alone you won't be able to build Dapps since its not a blockchain.
Instead, Overledger needs all these other blockchains & DLTs - the more the better - to show its real strength.
It will be utilised to connect Cosmos to Polkadot to Ethereum to Ripple to Hyperledger and so on.

Once you start realizing this, you simply cannot put a maximum valuation onto this technology and the project behind it (Quant). The sky is the limit here.
