Nobody starts from zero. It's something rich people say to make it seem like they struggled. The other thing is that nobody over a certain limit is clear. After a certain amount of wealth you'll have people with suits that have black ties at your door. From that point you either become get richer or you end up 'throwing yourself' off a balcony or 'overdosing' on drugs with "certified" paper confirming that from a certain doctor.

This guy is right. Elon built wealth out of turning ideas into action. He had and continues to receive plenty of help in the funding department, but he's obviously a smart man and a problem solver.

Rich people for the most part are prisoners. They have nicer aesthetics, but thye're kind of miserable.

This world is some sort of hell or purgatory and they certainly have some shitty thoughts and battles to fight withing themselves. That's why they seek out drugs or whores because the drugs are part of their prison, or vice versa on the drugs but highly unlikely.
