What my average day looks like:

First thing, if you're up until 2 and then wake up for work at 6:30 with any regularity, you're going to be a disaster. Get more sleep. Your success at trading shitcoins doesn't depend on late hours. Rather, the dopamine drip from watching the numbers is combining with the fake social camaraderie of late night /biz/ to rob you of a good night's sleep.

Second, stop eating microwaved shit and start making yourself food. It'll be both cheaper and healthier, and the money you save can be invested for more gains.

If you start getting more sleep on weeknights, you won't be tired and run down on weekends, so you'll be able to enjoy yourself more. Try to get outside and move around some, there are lots of nice trails no matter where you live. Get a hobby that you enjoy. Listening to music and browsing /biz/ aren't hobbies.

You're putting your mind and body through a tremendous amount of stress.

The first thing I would recommend is going to bed earlier. Give yourself an hour or two to unwind before bed and don't look at screens. Read a book or listen to something relaxing, like some chill music or an audiobook. There are tons of mediation apps you could listen to that will help you calm down. Blue light from screens is stimulating and it signals your brain to stay awake.

Second, check binance less and set up alerts like other anons have said. Go ahead and set up some limit orders for prices you want to hit for your bags, at least you'll be prepared then.

Third, you need to eat better and exercise more. Not saying you have to be Gordon Ramsey or train for a marathon, but at least make yourself a meal plan and try to go on walks at a minimum. There are a lot of simple workouts you can do in your home like squats and pushups.

As for food, make a meal plan. Tacos are easy to make, for example, with just beans, rice, and cheese. Baked chicken and vegetables is also easy. Chicken, rice, tuna, beans, eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables, peanut butter, and bread. All of these are filling foods that are cheap and are much healthier than TV dinners.

Modafinil leads to extreme sleep deprivation over long periods because it has a long half life. You are getting very low quality sleep.
It's fine in an emergency but horrible long term. I write from experience.
It's intended for narcolepsy so it's not surprising. It pretty much disables sleep.

Amphetamine is much better because while it stimulates you stronger, if you fall asleep the sleep itself is fine. Infinitely sustainable as long as you keep to reasonable doses (it should never give you euphoria).
