I hate to be the one to say this, but the third worlders are the least likely to have held this long. Due to their economic hardships, most of them likely got shaken out around the 2$ and 4$ amounts, which still probably changed their lives. However, I suspect the most iron of hands are anons who are already doing alright for themselves.

For instance, my hands are indestructible because I make enough outside of this gamble to live how I want to. I thought about selling some stinks to realise some gains, but to what end? I want for nothing. Adding a few hundred thousand to my wealth won't change my life much, so I don't see the point of selling. A few million? Maybe.
