You also overestimate how much big companies care for the "justice" a justice court provides, even if you think that a professional juge or arbiter and two lawyers are better at reaching a just conclusion than a bunch of random people trying to make a quick buck by betting chuck e cheese tokens that they will give the same solution as everyone else (and it's not a given), it can be worth it to use the kleros court just to avoid the cost of state sponsored justice and classical arbitration

There are some weird corner cases for a product like this that the team seems to be totally missing on. A good example would be decentralized onboarding for financial services, an obviously profitable operation where right now dubiously qualified people are making decisions at a hefty, salaried cost. A Kleros court could probably do a better job at manual underwriting.

It's meant to streamline small disputes and be used in situations where its in neither side's interests to go to court because it'd be a waste of time/money. The use of kleros over any disputes would be built into the smart contract ahead of time
