Compared to Bitcoin, Ethereum is far from its all time high. Regardless if it's overvalued or undervalued it definitely could and most likely will get close to it again, difficult to say how long you have to wait though.

I filled my ETH suicide stack a while ago and probably won't be buying a lot more, but I think its going to go up quite a bit due to demand for gas fees. There are now quite a few complicated defi apps that use a lot of computing power relative to regular ERC20 shitcoin transfers. people who are using them need to pay gas fees in ETH, they need ETH to buy erc20 shitcoins with, and they need ETH to lock up as collateral for loans. No other "ETH Killer" platform has the liquidity and number of shitcoins running on it that Ethereum has, it won't be getting replaced anytime soon. There will be an arms race to develop Layer2 scaling solutions right now but right now it's only worth using these defi apps if you're playing with big money. And thats not even considering the ETH 2.0 phase 0 launch

no one can give you a good answer to that, it only pumped back up above $400 recently and it could easily dip again. I do think it will be way above $400 by EOY but thats still a few months away. how much money are you trying to put into it altogether? are you just trying to buy 1 ETH?

Raiden and Plasma were the two L2 solutions getting memed hard a couple years ago, but Plasma failed there are a lot more that are in stealth mode right now and launching soon. I dont know whats going on with Raiden right now. I think it's better to bet on Ethereum than any one particular scaling solution.

You can also just deposit funds and set a limit buy for whatever your entry target is. You can always get rid of it and market buy if it doesn't hit

Here's what I would do, put around $2000 on on Cuckbase Pro and set a limit buy for 2 ETH at $400 or $375 or whatever. Then set a buy-stop order for 2 ETH at $500 just in case it pumps and you don't want to miss out, then you just see if one hits. I can't teach you about using order books on this board so you need to DYOR on all this stuff before putting any money into it. Unless it dips to $400 and then pumps to $500 before you can get to your account you won't be spending all $2000 on these trades. Only one of them should hit, or possibly neither of them
