Oi mutts, my 2013 Audi A7 with 165k miles on it is doing just fine and hasn't required any special maintenance besides consumables, I'm sort of expecting the air suspension to go to shit eventually which will be an expensive fix but that's about time after such an extended usage. What you don't seem to get is the german luxury lineup is different quality-wise when assembled in the states, you also get the same issues here in Europe when you get a model that has too many components made in shitholes like India or Bostwana or some shit. Maintance is expensive as shit for you because you don't have as many experienced mechanics as we do (that know how to work these brands, not talking mechanics in general) and when you do find one they charge you bullshit premiums because you live in a shithole that also charges you $5000 for an ambulance ride.

One other thing to mention when it comes to their bad rep on reliability is the target demographic. Like some anons already mentioned above, they are popular among shitskins and all kinds of subhumans that want to signal and raise their social status so they are heavily neglected because they can't afford to pay the maintenance costs so they just sell once they need those repairs and stupid retards poorer than them buy them and run them down even further because of the same issue: they can't fucking pay the maintenance because they got into debt just to get a chance at Stacy's vagina kek. I have heard that the lighting and ac tend to have problems so check up on that. Also the rear brakes suck ass. They rust pretty quick so check if they are fine. Other then that only your normal things you´d check on every other car.
