Attention newcomers to /biz/ do NOT buy XRP. It is a full on fledged scam. If you look at the posts shilling XRP, you can tell the people trying to shill it to you are FILTHY NORMIES. They use unauthentic or low quality memes. These are people who bought the top in 2017, and are excited thinking "Hey maybe this crypto thing is coming back and I can finally recoup my initial investment."

That isn't going to happen for them. XRP is pretty much confirmed a scam at this point, just look at their legal defense basically being "you can't prove we thought it was a scam when we sold it". It is literally over for XRP.

If you are new here, and considering buying XRP, just know you are literally buying a coin with less partnerships and potential upshot than LINK. XRP is still valued much higher and has way less of a chance of mooning.

Also, LINK is probably a lot safer than XRP at this point. XRP is likely going to go to zero. It still hasn't been able to get a real pump going.

The funny part about XRP is that it truly is a unique asset in the sense that it can go down 95% and still be a smart decision to sell. It is still valued higher than almost ALL cryptocurrencies in the space. Think about things with lower marketcap, many of them have a way higher chance of succeeding than XRP does at this point.
