Hi guys

Recently saved up around 14k.
I'm an average dude and I know I can make this money start working for me, the question is which path should I take that's the safest?

Seems to me like the answer is Real Estate. Do you think I should use this money to buy a house and start renting it out to people?

ETFs if you're lazy (but beware of impending stock market crash). One option for real estate: look for commercial type garages (where 3-4 cars can fit in an has high ceiling for auto repair shops), they are usually cheaper than houses or condos but yield same profit and are always in demand if traffic in the area is not bad

>wouldn't I need to hire mechanics for that type of thing? which means payroll, rent, etc.

Or do you mean owning said property and renting it out to autoshops?

so I should wait for the crash...then buy?

yeah rent. my friend is renting garage whic is pretty nasic and paying even more than for a condo in a good location.

I'd go with something 20% stock and 80% bonds for now. but the return on that would be low

where would I even find commercial properties like that?

Why is this legal and even safe for work, but if I put an animal penis in my mouth and suck the cum out they can throw me in jail?
It isn't fair Bros.

I thought about doing that but houses going for super cheap generally require tons of cash 50k+ for renovation, and good luck getting a renovation loan without assets or a large down payment.

are you blind? do you ignore all the threads on here about crypto?

idk man I'm kind of scared of crypto

it just seems like a really volatile market with no real way of telling which coins are gonna win big and which coins are gonna flop.

I'd be willing to invest in crypto if I had a mentor who I knew actually makes money off of it and who could show me that it's a solid investment.
