If i do a bank transfer to buy btc/eth and it takes 3-5 business to receive my coins. Will i be getting exactly what i paid for at the start of the order or can i receive less/more than what i paid for when i actually receive the coins.

If you but 1 ETH say whatever price 150$ you will have 1 ETH when it comes to your account even if the price goes up or down. What you pay is what you get.

I was in your position a while, bank transfer (while they do have lower fees) take a really long time. I had a notice sent to me saying they apologized for the delay, The 5 days they state ended up being something like 8, it was bitch but it eventually came, hang in there.
