also an underground bunker is a must. get one with a tunnel escape pretty far away. if the house is surrounded, it's nice to have an escape. then you can get a jump on those surrounding the house or just vanish.

I saw some underground pod things but they were essentially a coffin. maybe more than one exit isn't a bad idea
