Coinbase.com is easiest for me. I originally used binance. Just go to the website, create an account and make your purchase. If you're really new, the link/usd, link/eth, link/HTC are trading pairs. That's what you'll be using to trade for the Lonk token. Coinbase makes it pretty easy in that you just connect your banking info and say purchase and it's yours for a small fee. If you have time to wait, you can deposit money on coinbase pro and pay lower fees. I hope that helps and isn't overly complicated a description.
