Think about it this way, chainlink will be cheaper when staking starts then when its matured. If LINK is cheaper, then for a job, you would have to get paid more LINK than that job in the future. So the early jobs might pay 10 LINK, lets say, where as after maturation, they'll pay 1 LINK, so you can stack up LINK cheaper by doing a bunch of staking early, and then it compounds since you're earning more LINK early, thats generating more LINK when the market matures(assuming you dont sell any rewards which I don't plan to do until maturation).
