I’ve been thinking about this idea too. I’d like to buy a few thousand acres and have people Lease/buy homestead lots for 100yr terms. That way you can keep it private and prevent joggers coming in.

Anyways, established community can attract the best people to educate the next generation and we do what the Mormons and Scientologist did...eventually take over the local gov, then state. 1000 families could take America back within a generation.
After a while we could just stop paying property taxes and any other taxes. What’s the fed gonna do against a couple thousand people on privately controlled land?

Anywhere cold and fishes is good. Fishing is like gambling. You don't if the catch is gonna be good this season cause of many variances, and its retard easy to fish, your just in harsh conditions. Mainly dopeheads get in fishing cause it pays well enough to do heroin rest of year with only 2-3 months of work.

Damn that sucks. My wife is from a town near bolinao and it's gorgeous but completely undeveloped. We could all pool together and open a resort. I mostly spend time in the smaller towns or baguio when I'm there but there is something special about the Philippines. If you know some locals it's always a good time.
