The whole myth of women earning 75% less comes from the way statistics work. They took a certain amount of women in a certain age range, took an average of the amount of money they made and compared it to the average of men in the same age range. I work in education surrounded by women. The amount of time spent in inane shit is staggering. Most of the time is spent on feelings and felling related shit. More often than not is feelings of inadequacy and heartbreak. Then a lot of time is spent on creating drama amongst them and gossiping. Women are tribal on petty things. Then a lot of time is spent solving the problems caused by said gossiping. Another huge time spender is on the nature of "I deserve x because I'm worth it" This means they can take longer breaks or simply not appear to work. Finally another time spent is that women don't finish the projects they start. They start something just to leave it unfinished half way to the finish line.
They are effcient when they set their mind on something, but they got tunnel vision at the end of the day.

It's very hit or miss. The firm I work at has just promoted a woman to be a lead partner with equity, but she's clearly a stronk womin with a huge chip on her shoulder, so perhaps it's time to start looking for work elsewhere. Women like her only bring ruin to any organization they get power in.
