OP it's probably worth hitting up youtube and watching a few vids on how to use Uniswap / Metamask...when you're starting out moving stuff from custodial wallets (coinbase) to your own soft / hard wallet (learn the difference) start small and it's always prudent to send a test transaction (eg 20 bucks) before shifting large amounts
