The long term target stable price for RSR is $10 (check the whitepaper) so you guys need to get to 100k to make it.

The plan is to do this in phases. The first phase (rollout) is essentially just pulling cash from early adopters to subsidize the price of RSV, and pushing the frontend app in places where that remains efficient (i.e. South America.) The 2nd phase (growth) is a currency-peg, where you should see ~$1 because arbitrage will be happening automatically but on a pure-fiat level. The third phase (diversification) is targeting ~$10 *worth of goods* in a basket, which can only happen when the total trading volume supports forex of physical stuff. That's the point at which the RSV/RSR arbitrage is divorced from the fiat economy and has value based on real goods. So while $10 is the target, if the USD inflates it won't matter - the value of that basket of goods will be whatever it happens to be and the USD sale price will reflect that if it's $10 or $100 or $1000. What *won't* change is the quantity of goods in the basket.
