Not enough to retire yet.

28, trying to keep solid connections and have something to do other than hobbies.

Work part-time freelance. No more than 20 hours a week. Making 35k a year. No complaints.

Freelancer. I write for a living so I dunno why I wouldn't keep doing that.

I just want Sergay to announce staking soon and that 10k link is enough to get enough monthly.
Alternative if my BNT investment hits 100k I might just try to trade/speculate for a living.

Work has given me serious social anxiety like no other, and I absolutely hate working as an engineer. Thinking about quitting everyday.

Been offered a huge redundancy payout. Savings + payout will buy me enough time to start a business, alongside my investments into crypto which will make me a multi-millionaire during the golden bull. Hoping to retire at 40, 25 now

26 made enough to retire already since this May. gonna keep working for a while because the thought of not working makes me feel disassociated from life. probably just gonna buy a mediocre house and keep living normal life

Same. I got a job in the town I went to college in, it sucks. Considering just moving somewhere pretty and being a wagie while I job hunt. At least if I kms I’ll be on a mountain

If I had fuck you money I'd still work. It's just something to do to interact with people and feel some sense of achievement every so often.

The benefit is, though, that if you have that kind of money and feel like going on a 1 month holiday to (wherever), you can tell your boss or whoever, and they don't need to give permission because you don't ask... you just tell. If that gets you fired, do you care?

Why aren't there any RETIRED billionaires in the world? You'd assume once someone acquires $5M there's technically no need for them to ever work again...

But here you are, wondering.

Because unironically, work makes you free. My time as a NEET was the worst I ever felt, I couldn't imagine feeling so useless and unproductive ever again. Even if I just open a small business just to entertain myself, it's still way better than to just sit around the house doing nothing
