i had 10,495 stolen from my coinbase wallet and i cannot figure out why (yeah it was coinbase wallet but it was only there five hours)

it only got stolen 3 days ago
despite the thief address not yet spending the coins, and it therefore being very time sensitive that they get this shit sorted out,
coinbase wanted more confirmation of my account before beginning the investigation, ie an email. they didnt just want me to reply with my original coinbase email, they wanted me to refile the entire fucking ticket using my original coinbase email.
my fucking SIM mustve been remotely cloned because i also woke up that day with a few google account alerts on multiple unrelated accounts. some fuck got on my amazon this week and bought playstation cards. such bullshit. had to change everything. a lot of risk goes into tying emails to crypto addresses. i really want my fucking 10495 dexties back !!!
