tldr: yes. When people panic sell or swing link, they run back to bitcoin. That's why bitcoin crabs when link pumps and then takes off after link retraces. People are cashing out into bitcoin.

After link finishes correcting and bitcoin levels back off, link will pump up more again and blow past 15

it probably will. If I had to wager a guess I'd estimate no further down than 11.00.
I also predict ethereum will get a bump from link correcting and people exchanging into eth. So it might be a good idea to buy eth temporarily, then wait for the value ratio to adjust in eth's favor, then swing over to link. Just a thought. Who knows, tomorrow I could wake up and link instead pumped to 16 and this was all a fakeout
