Because Stakenet DEX is right around the corner and once it has raiden integration all on chain 'liquidity protocol' DEX's will be absolutely obsolete.

Uniswap has $100m+ daily trading volume.
Bancor has $12m trading volume on the LINK/BNT pair alone... (this is with a $1m liquidity pool cap as well).

Kyber fk'ed it up focusing on a DAO with governance based staking/burning rewards instead of a scaling solution (i.e. Loopring with zk rollups or XSN with the raiden network) or a impermanent loss/single sided liquidity solution (Bancor)

I'd say $10 conservative and $50 optimistic.
