Any other options to buy crypto with an american bank account besides pic related? Why do they have to report my gains to the irs?, fuck that.

Any other safe options out there?

They can't report your gains if you DON'T SELL

So just send from a coinbase wallet to a personal wallet then sell to a different exchange?

You are actually taxed LESS if you cashout after holding for at least a year
>>21141965
You still have to sell when you want access to your money doesn't matter what exchange you are using

Don't you only pay taxes if you've earned more than a certain amount of money? Like $20k?

I've made no more than $100 so far and no job (college student). Do I have to pay taxes to the IRS?

>> No.21142478

>>21142266
That's the main point of IRS fuckery it records every transaction and count a tax on EVERY of them, if you swing 10 times all profitable ones get taxed while losses is entirely on you. Some guy got raped into -30k$ after losing 99% of his stack.

If you have to do it just schedule quarterly payments where you take out some for you while reinvesting
Therefore you already paid on that initial cashout and by reinvesting you can get back what you paid in taxes
Also you should consider donating to charity so that you can write some of that off your total tax bill

How does coinbase know I did that if I send straight to binance without KYC?

technically, pretty sure you're supposed to report literally every earning, like if you watch someone's dogs and they give you 200 dollars. i could be wrong though

Use the cash app with code Rogan so you can send $5 to the pygmies in the Congo to build wells or some shit. But cash app allows easy BTC purchases, which is what I use to transfer to binance. Fuck goybase

How hard is it to use an excel spreadsheet? It takes literally less than a minute to integrate price feeds and is incredibly useful for tracking profits and losses. That is, unless you're trading in lunch money.
