You still need more money to have any chance at self sufficiency imo, especially if you live in a western nation. As someone who is a trust fund baby I know what you are going through. Thankfully I have found a great counsellor after going throught alot of shit ones. I am unironically enjoying cooking and learnign spanish to help. I still waste way too much time on the computer and am doing everything I can to whittle this time down. You really need to just keep on trying different things until you find something that works. Look after your health, eat well and exercise and believe you are doing the right thing even if it nevver manifests into happiness.

Congrats OP. I am 32, I ought a condo last year before covid in which I own 400k leaf bucks on a equity of about 630k. I work a job bringing in about 130k a year and I have ~100k USD in liquid assets of which about half I actively trade. I am hoping to 10x the 100k by the time of 40 and while renting the condo out to pay for mortgage. After that I am home free.

But don't forget about your life at the same time. While I am doing this I am trying to build a relationship and find a good waifu. If I just intended to be on my own I could stop now and just go backpack across Eurasia.

The money is for a family and future OP. If you don't intend to marry or have children you could have total freedom and just travel and experience the world to your hearts desire.
