BTC is a store of value, LINK is an utility token.
in times of crisis, stores of value pump, everything else crashes.

if the usd collapses, the stock markets of the whole fucking planet will collapse, and so will the real world companies that would be using your shitcoins. i.e. nobody will be using the chainlink oracles.
