They can dilute the supply until it reaches a maximum of 1 billion tokens. Most projects have quite high inflation to stakers, so it would not surprise me if supply would be 800-900 million in 10 years. In 20 years it has probably reached 1 billion. If the supply is locked as collateral it might have some affect on it that makes it differ from amazon shares. But ultimately it should be valued according to the goods and services sold in the network in an efficient market. Anything beyond that is speculation.
