You're being pessimistic. Balancer refund will give people an extra 850k-1M dollars to play with and those are poolers, they'll either pool back in the phoenix pool for 17-35% gains a week or go full STA.

AND the thing is that the balancer refund will attract a lot of news/journalists talking about Balancer Labs, Statera and DeFi. The second point is what should pump it all the way to 70 cents.

Right now people are wondering where they can get a 3x before the reimbursement so they can put it into STA. Some are also salivating over it going under 4 cents again.

Statera is the fucking bees knees. 6 cents right now. $1 is a VERY conservative target, and that's a 17x from here.
