Honestly, man, I'd look at TrustSwap.
I know you're likely to not look at all of these suggestions because people just want to pump their bags, but, if it means anything, I'm actually the least invested in the project, despite the obvious and near gains it will provide.

Anon, I would examine the tech behind SWAP, look at the team, look at the trend and check out the Discord briefly to get a feel for how they do things.
After doing these things, and only after doing them, I would suggest considering throwing maybe an ETH or two, if not the whole thing, in to SWAP.

You probably can't go wrong with any big DeFi project during this run, though.
I would maybe make it a long term hodl, though, and only cash it out in January 2022.
