They're freeloaders but yes, all they have to do (and do) is pick-up the innovation that Zcashers pay for and offer a devtax-free alternative. That alone is enough to bring in a shitload of interest once Zcash gets going. At a pure market level, it's interesting for two reasons: it has completely bottomed at $0.2 (check the charts) and it doesn't have any sell pressure from ZF/ECC (which has seriously suprressed ZEC's price in the past). Like it or hate it, all you need is a small bag to hedge your Zcash bet.
