Honestly i just buy it when it gets posted on biz, I bought AKRO at $0.003 for example. The thing is, coins that haven't pumped don't get a lot of attention, so the threads die out quickly. Only after they pump do people start talking about it a lot.
So the secret is to look out for new coins that don't get a lot of comments and DYOR on them.

Check out some telegram channels like Uniswap Listings or Uniswap Gem Alerts, stuff like that so you can make a judgement sooner. Obviously you'd be better off noting if any tokens listed had a presale and watching whether they pump or dump, as well as whether they have any sustainable volume.
