Ausfags, what broker do you use to trade US stocks? Everything I've found is leveraged cfds / based in israel / or commsec with retarded fees.

>> No.21021955

I don't trade stocks but as far as I know there's nowhere with a fee less than roughly $10/trade

>> No.21021998

I've bought TraCRs through Commsec.
They are a bit shady, guarenteed through the Dutch bank or something. Still get dividends and haven't had to deal with the IRS.

how much do you pay in monthly inactivity fees? might be understanding it wrong but it seems like you pay a fee if you dont generate a certain amount of commission.

>> No.21022605

I made a commsec international account but I cant be fucked to fill in that huge IRS form

Had several inactive months last year so was around $50 total for 2019. But Considering that most trades I make cost me $4 or $5 now vs $20 with NAB, and I make 50+ trades a year, I'm waaay ahead.
