Should I have all my ETH on one of this fuckers?
Is it really worth it? Can I really store all my ETH on these things and how hard are they to operate?
What if internet is down, will my ETH still be on here?

All your ETH?!!! Bro I'm not sure the memory of the trezor can handle all that being stored on it.

Your coins aren't stores on the device, your keys are.
You need to do some basic research desu

your eth isn't 'on there' it's on the chain
it's easy to operate, but it's not worth it for your .05 eth stack

Then what the fuck is a cold wallet? How do I put my ETH somewhere that is untouchable and offline? Or it that not possible?
I am going to buy about 11k worth of ETH and already have 2.5 ETH. Coinbase only lets me buy 1k a day at a time though

Yeah bruh haven't you heard the ETH blockchain is bloated each ETH literally takes up like 4mb of what's called state. This is why FUND solves everything.
