binance, as an exchange, started off extremely great in 2017 and they were by far the most usable exchange with the most benefits pretty much from time of their launch. their card's been out for months and it's still trash. buying up a random card company won't suddenly make them good at it. and the swipe team hasn't proved themselves at anything yet.
