The sells are good because there needs to be constant and distributed selling and buying for XRP to serve its purpose. Liquidity is king. Market makers are the ones who determine the price, and the biggest whales are the banks themselves. When they want to set the price, they move the sell walls.
XLM will serve as currency, CBDCs will likely be built on Stellar, but settlements will be made in XRP. They work together, but have different purposes. Settlements of the $quadrillion or whatever derivatives market demand a high value for XRP.
