>> No.20934957

>>20934226

Nah people are retarded, you see you bought a perfect supply commodity money knowing the team that created it held the majority of the market share and had even earmarked certain amounts of it to contractual obligations like "Employee & Advisor pool" or "ecosystem fund" Then you turned around and got butthurt when they "betrayed" you by using their right to do whatever was necessary with their money.

You either trust your investments and the people you invest in or you don't. If this makes you uncomfortable, sell.

Thanks for citing some sources, I looked into it and I'm not fazed by the team sells. I'm also lucky enough to be in massive profit from my initial. So if you are not, I could understand the frustration and looking for someone to blame. I'm going to continue to buy and hold AMPL as I see a fairly bright future for the coin and it's users as the crypto economy finally grows the fuck up. I encourage everyone here to do the same.

Since when was crypto a centralized investment? This is explicitly not Wall St.

Their right is to sell whoever they want.

The way they did it is the most stupid ever. They just dumped 10% of the market cap all at once., which caused x3 dump in 24h.

Why would anyone serious invest again if we know that they control 50% of the MC.

I'm waiting big exchange listing to dump.

Because the dumb moonboys who bought the top and sold the bottom have been shaken out and abandoned it. I'm up $100k since 20M marketcap and I rarely post in AMPL threads. It's too much effort dealing with repetitive fud and explaining how the protocol works over and over. I'm just hoping for some slow sustained growth as people take the time to learn what the coin does before buying it.

I don't know. I know I only have myself to blame but seriously, no one saw that dump coming like that. It bumped AMPL down to 250mm market cap and people that have been around in crypto for a long time were even shook by that.

I sold the top before rebase, bought back in when it was around 600mm and thought I would be fine, but then it dumped for 2 more days. I went to sleep after AMPL had been rallying back up only to wake up to it sub $1. It was jarring and to find out the eco fund supplied the wallet that did it just feels wrong.

AMPL has only been in the public consciousness for a month and still only 19.5k addresses at a $400M market cap. If you are ready to sell so soon then you're not gonna make it. AMPL was always for hodlers, it just took off too fast because of incentivised liquidity and dumb money (that's you) fomo'd on a new primitive that had gone 20x with no significant pullback. You should just sell now.

>> No.20936053

>> No.20936098

I didn't fomo in, I actually really liked the project and know a bit about Hayek money prior to AMPL. I only got into crypto about a month ago and read about 50-60 different projects before I bought into it, I didn't know it would be gaining money at the rate that it was. Its not even about the money anymore, I don't want to support the project even if it means I won't make it because of how that money was handled.

That's why I haven't bought into it. I have seen the dumps from Sergey's team and was the primary reason I decided against it. I really hate the idea of shitting on your early investors like that and that's exactly what this felt like.

That's just the way it goes. We were warned 2 days before on here about the investor token unlock. It was an obvious downtrend for 2 days you could have swing traded. I still have a lot of PERL in my wallet that instantly became worth 0 because the devs exit scammed. Welcome aboard, high risk high reward.

>>20936395
I don't think it's a ponzi but it turned into that simply from the amount of money coming into it.
