I was looking at trullia or whatever the fucking website is called passively one day, when I stumbled on the dirt cheap prices of ohio. I was quickly disinterested when I clicked on the crime map feature and discovered the reason for cheap ohio real estate. If you are a NEET and never leave your house, ever, not even to get groceries or go on a walk you should be fine. Just lean to ignore the constant racket that local youth make. But if you plan on being outside your residence I highly recommend you disinterest yourself from the state of ohio and its neighbors to the north, east, and west.
