>What does it do?
It creates investment tools for Institutional investors including InsulaDAO. InsulaDAO will turn ISLA into a yield farming governance token. Use cases include: governance token for InsulaDAO, rewards for users, clients pay for consultancy services in ISLA, and employees' salaries paid in ISLA. Employee’s salaries are halved in the amount of ISLA they get every month. Insula calls this “halvening”

This is beyond legit. This project is the next fucking level of blockchain. DeFi 2.0. They are instituting their own DAO network where their customer Yield Farms and they handle the technical things.
